Full Job Description
A leading civil construction company specializing in civil construction functions for Industrial Subdivisions, seeking a highly motivated and talented Civil Foreman to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the construction of civil and infrastructure roads projects
- Daily toolbox meetings and allocation of staff resources
- Coordinate site inspections and project meetings
- Review project documentation and reports
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Provide technical support to the project team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a civil site supervisory role 5 years+
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in civil and infrastructure projects is an advantage
