This business is a family owned D&C company that pride themselves on their quality of staff and creating great relationships with their clients.
Role
The relevant role is a contract Site Manager position that involves running multiple projects simultaneously throughout Victoria.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing subcontractors
- Ensuring the project is running to the project schedule
- Managing quality
- Identifying and mitigating any risks that may arise
- Driving and enforcing OH&S and safety measures
- Site Manager experience delivering Medical Fitout projects
- Previous experience as a Site Manager managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability on short-notice
