This builder has an excellent reputation in the Industry and has a pipeline of projects through until mid 2026.
About the Project:
Starting off on this New Build Aged Care, you will be joining a live environment project in the South East suburbs.
This $25m New Build project will run for the next 14 months, with an experienced Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Site team to help support, upskill and develop into a Project Manager down the track.
Responsibilities:
Joining as a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Take on CA / PC responsibilities with the support of PM
- Report to a roaming PM and work alongside a fully equipped Site Team
- Contract Administration duties including forecasting, extensions of time and programming
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, procurement of trades, and progress claims through to final accounts
- Ensure compliance with health and safety
- Cost management and financial reporting
- Assist in project/site coordination
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Demonstrated experience as Project Coordinator in the Construction Industry
- Experience on Live Environment projects is desirable
- Driven, ambitious and a positive attitude to Construction
- Aconex, Hammertech experience
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
