A tight-knit civil company with a niche specialty delivering complex civil projects in Streetscaping, Pavements and drainage, Road Upgrades, Bridges, Laneways and Intersections.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising a team of skilled workers, including scheduling, and delegation of works on site.
- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conducting regular site inspections to identify any potential safety hazards or quality issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including daily reports and timesheets.
- Civil experience managing site teams across earthworks, asphalt, roads and concreting (Required)
- Excavator/Machinery Tickets (Current)
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
