Founded almost 10 years ago, this Multi Level specialist is a well respected, slick and professional builder that delivers projects throughout Melbourne up to $150M. This business has a book of confirmed projects through until 2028, with respected relationships with top developers.
This company has evolved over the last 5 years into a respected and professional contractor, with over 200 staff within the business.
Due to the ongoing growth of the business, and most recently successful tender wins, the business is looking on expanding their team even further!
Role:
- Take on CA / PC responsibilities with the support of PM
- Report to a roaming PM and work alongside a fully equipped Site Team and inhouse trades
- Responsible for the delivery of design-led apartment projects up to $120m in build value typically consisting of double store basements and PT concrete structure
- Contract Administration duties including forecasting, extensions of time and programming
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, procurement of trades, and progress claims through to final accounts
- Ensure compliance with health and safety
- Cost management and financial reporting
- Assist in project/site coordination
Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following
- 3+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator in Commercial Construction Industry
- An understanding of multi level, structure and basement construction
- Experience delivering projects with an Apartment builder
- Driven, ambitious and professional
- CHEOPS experience is favourable
- Excellent communication skills
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
