Role:
You will be responsible for the following:
- Assist with delivering full life-cycle projects up to $100million
- Cost analysis, progress reporting, and forecasting
- Assess and process progress claims
- Order materials and equipment
- Manage sub-contracts and supply agreements
- Liaise with subcontractors
- Assist the project manager
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience managing commercial projects up to $40m
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail
- A driven attitude and willingness to take on feedback
- Excellent customer service/client management
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
