Role
This role is an office based position in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. This candidate would be supported by the Director, Contract Administrator and rest of the project team.
Responsibilities would include:
- Managing and preparing scopes of works and sub-contract packages
- Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments
- Preparing monthly cost reports for directors
- Manage financials and budgets of project and resources accordingly
- Communicate effectively with clients and relevant stakeholders
- 5+ years experience as Project Manager
- Trade background favorable but not essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record delivering projects in the Education sector
- Cheops software experience required
