With over 100 staff across 5 offices nationally, this business will provide excellent systems, processes and procedures, as well as promoting from within and ensuring endless hours of professional development. 

ROLE:

Reporting to the Senior Leadership figures within the business, 
You will be required to:

• Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract package
• Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments
• Prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company
• Assist the Manager with project coordination of sub-contractors
• Manage all relevant stakeholders
• Financially astute, complete control of budgets and ensure that projects are profitable

This role is split between office and site, with mentoring and upskilling junior staff within the immediate project team.

REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate will have:

• A Relevant tertiary degree
• A strong commercial mindset with experience on constructing New Build Commercial projects greater than $20m
• Demonstrated experience working for a Commercial Builder 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A go get attitude with a hardworking mentality
• Unlimited Australian working rights
