A leading civil construction company partnering with major development groups across residential and industrial assets. Get involved from Greenfield sites and take the project through the entire suite of civil construction services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the construction of bulk earthworks, drainage and utilities
- Multistage super lots construction experience
- Coordinate site inspections and project meetings
- Review project documentation and reports
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Provide technical support to the project team
- Proven experience in a civil site supervisory role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in civil and infrastructure projects is an advantage
