A National contractor that specialise in delivering Commercial projects across the Healthcare, Aged Care, Retail and Data Centre sectors up to $100m. 

This business has rapidly increased their staff count to just shy of 100 personnel to keep up with their increasing pipeline of projects, supported by a 93% repeat client base.


Role

This Site Supervisor role will involve delivering a $100m Data Centre project in the Western suburbs. This will be a contract role, with the potential for a permanent role to arise. 

As a Site Supervisor, you will be required to:

• Delegating responsibilities to team members and contractors
• Enforcing OH&S requirements
• Managing project budgets and upholding quality standards
• Resolving disputes that may arise on-site
• Report into the Site Manager frequently.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering Commercial projects as a Site Supervisor
• Data Centre experience required
• Understand the terminology and complexity of a Data Center project
• Hammertech software experience
• Availability for a January or February start
