You will be joining a privately-owned, Australian business specialising in the commercial sector. This company has a diverse array of projects includes apartment builds, commercial offices, retail, education, and medical centres.
ROLE:
The project is set to commence early May. The role will entail managing precast and concrete structures for the build.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be required to the full lifecycle of a project from groundworks to structure to finishes and eventually handover. You will be responsible for the management of the site, delivery of scope of works, managing contractors as well as monitoring safety and quality constraints.

REQUIREMENTS:
You will need to have:
- Proven commercial apartment experience
- Relevant Tertiary degree would be preferable but not essential
- Previous experience in the capacity of a Site Manager or Foreman on similar scaled projects
- Positive and professional attitude looking to stamp their mark on this project
- Exposure to site-based technology systems
- Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively
